Hadn't played here for over 10 years, but nothing to change my mind that it is a great course and one of the best on the Gold Coast. Fortunate to hit off early and finished in just over two hours. Course was very well presented and is a fair test (lots of bail out options). Greens were very good and... More

This is more of a wedding review but as for the grounds of Lakelands - the are amazing! So well maintained and looks like it would be an amazing place to play golf! But we used the club to say I do! We got married at Lakeland on Friday the 9th of September and it was beyond perfect! Melissa is... More

The experience of playing here starts with the friendly staff who actually help take your golf clubs from the car and put them in the cart for you. I have played here many times and cannot fault it. Wide open grassy fairways, true putting greens and nice soft sand in the bunkers. Just enough water around to keep you honest.... More

Good challenging golf course and it's not called Lakelands for nothing, so bring spare balls! The 17th Par 3 is probably the signature hole over water. Lovely clubhouse and great facilities with well stocked pro shop.

The course was in fabulous condition and couldn't be faulted. The greens were fast but put the ball on line and it hit the hole. After the golf the food was excellent and the beer cold.

I must say that the members of Lakelands Golf Club should be extremely proud of the facilities they enjoy every day, from the friendly staff to a fantastic manicured golf course. An absolute bargain at $105 plus cart. Fantastic bunkering in all the right places, My favourite hole would have to be the 14th, only a short par 3, a... More

recently got excited about playing Lakelands again -- the course as usual was sensational -- however -- in the club house, it was clearly obvious that if you are not a member you get very little attention or service. In fact i rate the service possibly the worse i have encountered. Sure, it was busy with a group there, but... More

I love Lakelands Golf Course on the magnificent Gold Coast. Having been a member there since course opened I have seen its ups and downs from 6 stars to begin with, then sliding to poorly conditioned under the past owner, to now being owned by a major Japanese company that truly prides itself on having one of the very best... Great course and you can be an average golfer to get around it without losing too many balls as I am. We paid $105 per person with a cart which is fantastic value to play on a PGA type course. The greens were in fantastic condition, as were the fairways and the massive bunkers that straddle the course that seem... More
