the great barrier reef indoors at the museum,with many exibitions to see plus fish & mermaids in school holidays well worth the time on a short stay in Townsville!

Lots of big scary dinosaurs roaring at you from lofty heights. These will be a big hit with the kids for sure. They have a great exhibit on the Ship Pandora, which was sent from England to bring the mutineers from the Bounty back. Sorry...More

We had looked at going last time we visied but decided against it. The dinosaurs made us go this time and I'm glad they did! They were amazing! Our 1 and 4 year olds loved it as did we. Highly recommend with the Dinosaurs.

The dinosaurs are amazing real like and move and growl etc a little bit scary for little children but they were fine after they realized it was not coming after them.

The museum was a great morning out. The exhibits were interactive and the kids had so much fun. I thought maybe a museum might not be the thing for 12 year olds but they loved it and continued talking about it long after we left....More
