Even if just to look at, the marina is very nice. A few little shops and all are fairly reasonably priced. Not a lot of seating around and it can be quite busy with workers coming to/from the island daily

As already mentioned there is no where that I noticed as well. There is heaps of free public transport that takes you all over the island however they do not let you take luggage on board. There is a place that hires golf carts that you could lock your luggage on that but book many weeks ahead to secure one. Well worth a visit.
