First stop was Jacob's Creek which ultimately become my favorite part of the tour. The grapes weren't quite ready for harvesting, but our group of 20 did some tasting of four different wines. The countryside is quite scenic and the grounds well maintain. A short stop at Mengler Hill Lookout provided the opportunity for some photos. Then on to Saltram... More

I spent and afternoon in the Barossa Valley enjoying the half day tour. the guide was brilliant and never boring, the wine delicious (and really abundant) and the price absolutely honest! Next time, I will do the full day tour, coz it is super worthy!:)

Martin, our coach driver, was very knowledgable about wine and the Barossa Valley and had a great sense of humour. We stopped at Cedar House instead of going to Hahndorf and this was very interesting - we liked the fact that the interior was basically as it was when the family of Hans Heysen live there.

The coach driver was particularly informative and kept to the time scale so we had plenty of time at each stop. Once in the Adelaide Hills the countryside changed considerably and was very pretty. Our first stop was Jacobs Creek which is a must do if you are thinking of a wine tasting trip. The centre is very modern and... More

The half day Barossa valley tour was good fun. Dave our tour guide was funny and very informative. He made the afternoon fun. We visited three wineries which was ample and had enough time in each as well as seeing the city and villages. Good value for money and worthwhile . Would definitely recommend .

We spent the day with Jane, who customized the day to our interests which included a brief tour of Adelaide and time at the Central Market before heading out to the Barossa Valley. We visited the Charles Melton cellar door as well as the Two Hands winery while also attending a cooking demonstration at Maggie Beer's. Our tour included lunch... More

My husband and brother-in-law took this full day tour. It was the highlight of our stay in Adelaide. 4 cellar doors and a cold plate lunch. The selection of wines was outstanding. Our guide/driver, John, was exteremly knowledgeable about the history of the area and about wine production. Somehow we managed to either be on the small-group bus (up to... More
