Fantastic zoo. Great enclosures, shady and many endangered animals. Pandas are a highlight and my children were thrilled to pat the quoka's . A wonderful day .

This is small in comparison to Sydney, however it has plenty to offer. Highlight without a doubt was the Panda Bears, they are a amazing.

We spent a quick 2 and a Half hours here while waiting for flights back home. We could have spent more time wandering around. Its very busy with lots of families so you have to be paitient with the stroller brigade everywhere! Saw the panda...More

Marvellous time made better by volunteers who were informative telling us about the characteristics of the lions and orangutan. Try and be there for orangutan feeding time @ 2:30pm. Obvious caretaker have deep rapport with their animals. Well laid out and beautiful grounds. This zoo...More

Recommend going to see the pandas in the morning whilst they eat their bamboo and are most active. The panda exhibit is the best part of the zoo. The others areas are older exhibits. If it wasn’t for the pandas I wouldn’t recommend

No you can’t. You must enter from the Plane Tree Drive entrance where there are car parks.
