A pretty little gem in Tasmanian North. Reception area looks very informal. A bit messy. Prices are very reasonable for what you can do: feed the animals. Some do look a bit neglected (horse's hooves were in very bad shape, a big pig at the...More

Staying in the Burnie area for a few days we saw this farm advertised in the "Meet the makers of Burnie" booklet. This advertised a fully working stud farm with 80 alpacas and that the entry fee included a guided tour. Far from it, we...More

Fantastic outing this afternoon to see the farm. Really great for families with young children, our 18 month old loved all the animals. Worth a stop in!

The Alpaca farm had a vast collection of animals, even though the weather was a little misty, we enjoy it immensely. They also had a lot of things made from the Alpaca wool, which was very unique.

Had a lovely visit here. The owner was very passionate and informative about Alpacas, and we learnt a lot about them and Lamas. It was also a novelty to lead "Elly" the Alpaca around while on the tour. The owner advised us that October is...More

We stumbled across this lovely farm, when looking for something to do in the bad weather. For an entry fee of only $20 for the family, the owner spent at least a good hour walking us around his farm, teaching the kids about the animals...More
