Really disappointed that I was unable to get a full refund (charged $90) because I accidentally booked the wrong date - which was rectified within about 9 hours (literally overnight). I was there with my Mum & we booked this tour on a weekend at about 11pm for the next morning - when we got to the meet point we... More

Next morning, I get a message from you( Good Friday, 14 April) that you have been waiting outside the information centre... More

We went on the tour of the Richmond area wineries. It was fun and educational too. It was perfect on a cold rainy day to get driven by Dave our guide through beautifully historic wineries. The fare was very delish and matching wines to boot at Puddleducks Winery.

Do yourself a favour and book this wine tour if you visit Hobart. Our driver David Jones was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to recommend the wineries we should visit and he did not disappoint.

Arrived into Hobart on cruise ship and booked "Richmond and Wine Tour" at short notice (over telephone - Dave was helpful and had us booked in promptly). Dave was also our host for the day and we couldn't have wished for a better tour guide. He was friendly, down to earth and informative (without being over-bearing). The 3 vineyards visited... More

We were on a cruise to Tasmania and this was our first stop. We had a lovely day, there was 9 of us and we had David all to ourselves. He was a great guide and the wineries were fantastic. Puddleduck's had an excellent lunch and wine tasting. We also had some lovely cheese at "Wicked" cheese factory.

I know time can be of a premium when you're on shore, so, I like to think we give a well balanced, not rushed snapshot of what the wineries are doing down in Tas, and I am appreciative you took time to give us such a warm review Thank you Regards Dave More
