Good place to watch a sporting event with kids. Although drinks prices are expensive, probably no different to any other stadium. Good location, easy to get to.

This would have to be one of the best grounds to watch NRL footy. The facilities are amazing, clean amenities, plenty of food/drink outlets, and the 'Clubhouse' is a great vantage point to take in the footy action. We travel down from Queensland at least...More

Attended Rebels v Brumbies. Easy to access the stadium by public transport. Sat on the eastern side, upper level. View was excellent and felt close to the action. Small crowd so lines for food & drink were short. Paid $8.20 for a Great Northern, I...More

An easy walk from Richmond railway station. We went to the National Rugby League match between the Melbourne Storm and the victorious Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. The weather was absolutely abysmal which did detract from the experience; thankfully the crowd was relatively small so we were able...More

Definitely public transport. Catch a train to Richmond and follow the crowd less than three minutes walk to AAMI gates - Melbourne trains are cheap, reliable, clean and safe.
