It's not worth going to Chapel Street for a shopping trip, but the Windsor end has some great cafes and restaurants.

Chapel Street is the street to be in if you want to be thought of as "somebody"..... Many high fashion shops, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery stores, cinemas, tourist shops and more eateries. They are all there waiting to be visited by all. A lovely...More

This is a gem of a street. Everyday, day in day out. This is where you can enjoy a good walk from one end kick start from country road Store to the far end reaching out to the shell petrol station along Dandenong Road. What...More

I had heard that Chapel St was a really exciting destination shopping area so, as it was very close to where I was staying on Toorak Road, I went to find it. Yes, it's lots of shops and eating places - nothing extraordinary or exciting,...More

Almost like Rodeo Drive (with more to offer, I'd say!), lots of trendy shops and plenty of choices. Also, with plenty of cafes (note that Melbourne cappuccinos are unlike any other in the world!) and there's Jam Factory entertainment venue as well.

"Chapel Street" is a by-word for style in Melbourne. It's in a prosperous part of the city. Fashion doesn't come cheap, but you can't always get a bargain; but often you can, even in Chapel Street. The boom in on-line shopping means Chapel Street no...More

Nice place, lots of upmarket designer boutiques mixed with normal shops. Plenty of food and drink places - sushi/coffee/gym and repeat but if you go bitj ways down it you will find a good selection of shops. Nice people, nice place.

The BEST street un Melbourne. It,s far on the center but in tram or uber is 15 min. You can find shops on the street typical from melbourne.is better than visit a mall!

Seek and ye shall find! Prahran is a treasure hunter’s
paradise of vintage stores, upscale boutiques and
emporiums. Chapel Street is a one-stop shop with
specialty stores selling just about everything. The
famous Chapel Street Bazaar has so many curious and
vintage knick-knacks that you will feel as if you're
in a huge and busy museum. By contrast, at the
northern end of Chapel Street, South Yarra and Windsor
