My partner and I were hoping for a casual visit to the aquarium and got absolutely swamped by families/children. There was no air, spare tables, food left or space to see any attractions! There should have been a capacity limit. Very smelly. Not pleasant.

It is very expensive for a terrible aquarium. The atmosphere of the Melbourne Aquarium was dull and boring. The food wasn't great either.

Came here for a visit after reading the reviews and thought will be an appropriate activity on a rainy afternoon. Enjoyed ourselves looking at the large fishes as well as the unusual ones. Plenty of stuff to fascinate the young ones especially. Worth a visit.
