Worst Zoo I’ve EVER been to. Hardly any animals out(I only managed to see monkeys, elephants, giraffe and some reptiles), zoo keepers didn’t turn up to presentations that were mentioned on the map and it was really poorly sign posted so hard to navigate.

Nice set up & easy to walk around. Drinks were expensive @ $4 for a bottle of water. I'd suggest bring your own drinks and food.

No I do not think so. I can't remember any area for touching animals. However the Melbourne Aquarium has a feely pool with star fish, sponges and shells that can be touched.
