My recent visit with my friend to this amazing theatre to see my fair lady was fantastic, they have managed to maintain the era that this theatre was built and takes you back in time, just beautiful. My Fair Lady was one of the best...More

Have been looking forward to seeing this adaptation of the well know musical and film "My Fair Lady" from the original story by George Bernard Shaw. It didn't disappoint, with great sets and of course fantastic songs. I thought some of the cast were miscast...More

We've been to the Regent for several performances and had the pleasure of seeing Shanghai Ballet's Swan Lake this time around. It's a lovely old theatre, but I would suggest that staff do not allow latecomers to take their seats during a performance. It's very...More

This is a very grand old theatre that I've been to a couple of times to see different shows. Very comfortable seating and good views of the stage. Easy access for everyone, with lifts for those unable to use the stairs.

Great show. Very much an eye opener. Story time with some great music. Will get the book to finish the story for sure.

Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways
tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary
feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the
city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques,
throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You
never quite know what you’ll find around the next
corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and
even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air

I would like to know where you can eat either pre the 6pm Sunday show or after the show approx 8:45pm, it needs to be very close due to mobility issues. Thanks Liz

Hi Liz. We ate at Terra Rosa. We booked an early dinner so we could eat before our show. It literally is just around the corner. Hope this helps

I am not too sure of the view from these seats. I always go up stairs. Fabulous show. I am sure that you will enjoy it though.

What seats are better in Regent? Any seats on the side of stalls or 15 rows back in stalls in centre section?
