Visited on Friday 23rd February. We were showing visitors around Melbourne and came here after visiting The Shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens. This has got to be one of Melbourne's treasured icon's and a must see when you visit here.

First time here and not a fan. It’s way too big. So far back from the stage it’s ridiculous. Video screens are too small for the size. The slope isn’t steep enough so the tall people in front you block your view. Won’t be in...More

Great venue to watch a concert with good acoustics. We had seats on the grass as chairs were sold out. Although seated not far from the front we still had a better view of the band on the screen. Food vans were adequate.

Last time we went to a show the gates opened about an hour before showtime. However it will depend on each performance as to what time you can enter. Likewise I suggest you arrive early. We did and had great vantage points.
