Local bar that's hidden in Hosier Lane

Meet friends there for a drink that went into many more. Great place, enjoyed the staff and other clientele. Will go back

Nice little laneway bar with a pleasant atmosphere. Ideal spot for after work or pre dinner drinks. Located in Hosier Lane famous for its street art, near the Forum and MoVida. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

So I typed in bars and clubs in trip advisor and misty came up as one of the best. Well when we got there we were greeted by a truthful bar tender who couldn't serve us our drinks we asked for, and no dance floor. Not to mention the dude beside me almost craped his pants( not the bars folt)... More

I suspect many find their way here waiting for their table at Movida next door, and so too did we. I was not open at 6pm when we first came past, but later on at 7pm the place opened for business. A nice spot to sit with a drink and close to lots of other nightlife so it could be... More

This is an intimate bar without being overly so. Quite a few places to sit and talk quietly yet enough space to have a larger group there too. Service was good - polite and knowledgeable for other places to eat and see. Good choice of wines, etc.

Found this by accident hidden away in Hosier Lane next to Movida. Obviously big on cocktails here but we had ciders and beer. Couple of good beers on tap but good range by bottle. Watched barman at work on the cocktails and he obviously knew what he was doing and doing it with some care and attention. Great music background... More

Little more than two rooms located on graffiti-covered Hosier Lane, this is great spot for a drink when before or after dinner in the Collins St / Flinders St area. Friendly staff. Good tunes. Great setting.

Awesome vibe, laid back bar staff and amazing cocktails. Nice range of craft drinks also. Check out everyone on Hosier Lane with their Selfie Sticks from the windows taking pics of the graffiti. Love this place!

Great little place with excellent drinks and cocktails. No food but bar snacks available. Good spot next to movida which had a lineup, so it must be more well known. Would be happy to revisit

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
