When arriving at a new city we like to view this city by train, bus or walk. We took a train from Britomart to Parnell, and walk from Parnell to New market. Finally we took a bus back to our hotel.

This wasn't for me - it's just a shopping strip with a few touristy shops and not a lot more. I found it very over-rated.
