Got to at least drive over it if in Auckland if not walk it or do a bungy from it. Gets excessively busy at peak traffic times.

Somehow it gives a good touch to Auckland as one of the most significant bridges in New Zealand. And never forget the view you have in the night

The effort to climb the bridge is not as difficult as it appears--the staff is very helpful and the climb is segmented so that there is plenty of time to rest..

Although clearly not as well known as the "other" Harbour Bridge in Sydney- the Auckland Harbour Bridge is a beautiful spectacle leading in to the city! They have bridge climbs which are terrific as long as you have no fear of heights. Whether from land or water, all the views seem to be quite stunning! If you're in Auckland its... More

Our young adult kids had the best time ever jumping from the bridge. My husband and I went to the viewing area and filmed. The kids want to bungy jump all over the world now!

As someone who drives over the harbour bridge every day, the harbour bridge walk is fascinating - and a wonderful way to see the city, harbour and bridge.

Okay so I jumped. Twice. It was awesome. But no, I don't think I'd do it again. But if you have to tick off bungee jumping off of your bucket list then yes, do it here, it's a great view, and every time you drive over that bridge you'll think "I jumped off this massive piece of steel once." Which... More

You can walk over the Bridge and enjoy magnificent views. If you want to walk over, choose a non windy/wet day if you can. The drive over is memorable but make sure the driver concentrates!!!

.This is no Sydney Harbour Bridge but is impressive non the less. The view of the city when crossing it is fantastic and other than that it is a practical piece of constructive engineering.
