Very informative notice boards. Easy to follow the guided paths. Great to learn about how minerals lead to the different colours of the pools and rocks.

These geysers were awesome to watch, Far better than we expected. Well organised paths, and walkways. Saw the Lady Knox as well.

The attractions in this wonderland are pretty. You'll constantly see steam coming out of the ground and nice colours due to the presence of different metals. Entry tickets are priced "okay", but it's one of the must see in rotorua.

Wai-O-Tapu is pure geo-thermal and has different colours of slurry based on the material beneath. Te-Puia has geo-thermal as well as cultural program, museum, KIWI bird, etc. You can avoid Wai-O-Tapu if you are not very keen... More
