In so many ways the cathedral opens a window directly into the minds and hearts of the people during the NZ wars. Will you be able to deal with the inscriptions on the old graves from the day?

My ancestors built this beautiful stone church so I was keen to see it. Sadly it is still closed due to the earthquake strengthening going on and you cant go inside. The grounds aren't huge so you can easily wander and look at the gravestones...More

I love looking at all the different churches so I find this one really amazing. It's closed at the moment due to earthquake work needing to be done, can't wait till its back up and running
