A stroll through the garden and gallery is wonderful, add a cafe with great coffee and cinnamon buns - no wonder its a winner. Was very busy when we arrived, but plenty of space for us all

A small but big in art work designed garden/gallery in Taupo, that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. The art works are of mosaic tiles laid out beautifully in a peaceful atmosphere. Myself an amateur tile art designer can understand the amount of...More

Called into this cafe as heard it was worthwhile. I wasn't disappointed. My friends and I wandered around the grounds taking in all the sculptures and art and then visited the shop selling ceramics. There were some stunning pieces and lots I would have liked...More

A bit out of the way yet so with it. The coffee and the cinnamon buns were outstandingly good. The atmosphere and gallery were a real bonus.

All we wanted was Sunday brunch and we got a complete art show. Food was solid but the great variety of pieces in the garden stole my heart. Nothing else like this around Taupo and worth the ten-minute drive from downtown.

Went here for breakfast with friends. Absolutely excellent, great service, great food, great coffee, great company. What more could you want?

It is a bit of a trek around to the restaurant from Taupo town, but well worth it. Food was great, coffee was good, service was good...and I am sure the gardens and mozaic work is worth a look around...when it is not raining.

This Gallery / Cafe combo has some wonderful surprises so be sure to take your credit card. Up the hill above Acacia Bay the art available for sale is well worth your attention, some of it includes kiwiana other funky items and bright colours.
