An incredibly moving experience to see the Gallipoli exhibition. The attention to detail was so lifelike that you almost felt you were there. Well worth seeing

Wellington is the most amazing and lovely city in New Zealand. Everything is very closeby espcially the TePapa Museum which in the CBD just next to harbour. War museum is amazing so it exhbits section for kiwi flor and fauna
The exhibits when I was there were interesting but not outstanding. I liked the architecture of the building. I didn't spend much time here.
We took our 3 young children there and none of us were particularly amazed by the museum. There was a lot of exhibits closed for renovations and the museum guide told us there was only 2 kid friendly areas. But even these areas didn't have...More
Maria gave us a personal Maori tour and it was truly inspiring and illuminating. We only scratched the surface, but you could spend days here learning about this remarkable country and it's peoples. Free and comparable to the best that the Smithsonian has to offer....More
Te Papa is an amazing museum; not only is it free but it is massive! You could spend days getting lost in the history of New Zealand! Their Gallipoli exhibit is fantastic!
