Escape the city and enjoy an adventure on horse back. Trek across 850 acres of beautiful farmland, through native bush, streams and pine forests. Enjoy views of Wellington's new wind farm. Guided by our friendly, experienced staff, we have a selection of excellent trekking horses. Our horse treks are catered for beginners and safety is our number one priority. With quiet horses, those new to riding will have an enjoyable time. For the more experienced rider, we do offer a 2 hour horse trek once a month for experienced riders only. For more information about our experienced horse trek, please contact us. One hour and two hour treks available, Saturdays and Sundays. Children aged 8 years and over can go on our one hour treks. For younger children, we have pony hires available in our outdoor sand arena.
