You can find most retail needs at the Westfield Riccarton Mall, including a large food court and cinema. Two floors of retail and reasonably good parking. In busy times plan your exit so you can turn left (only one flow of traffic) and you should be okay. Reasonable rest rooms, including parents' room. Most of usual retail chains, including a... More

Good place to while away some time and eat . Main Street nearby has some good eateries too. Nice range of shops. Not a high end designer mall. Suits ordinary folk.

You can easliy spend here a rainy morning or afternoon or even a whole day. If I hadn't stayed in Riccarton while visiting Christchurch, I wouldn't have come to this shopping mall, but it somehow replaces the non-existing city centre. I preferred the unique re Start mall, though.

Unlike USA where there is a Starbucks on every corner its very slim pickings in N.Z. This place was NOT CLEAN at all the tables were a mess and the staff were the same sloppy not taking pride in what they do and wear. Sniffing and rubbing their hands then to continue to make peoples coffees. What cabnit holds 3... More

Nice big 2 storey mall in the heart of Christchurch. This place has brand name shops to the regular $2 stores. One of the few places that was not affected during the quake. Plan your trip to the mall as during the school holiday weeks this place gets busy and more so during the afternoons. The food court has a... More

The Riccarton shopping centre is the premier shopping enclave in the Christchurch Precinct and was almost unaffected by the 2010 an 2011 earthquakes. The enclave has an abundance of shops to appeal to all shopping types and affords the honour to call some international brands home. The roads circling the mall are notorious for circulation issues with the backlog of... More

We went there at the end of our travel day in Christchurch. It has everything you want. We loved K-mart and wonderful food court. It has variety of retails shops and departmental store. There has cinema too. We would like to re-visit again when we in Christchurch.

One of the larger shopping malls in Christchurch, housing KMart, ParknSave plus a range of other local & international outlets. Not a place to source for upscale branded products. It is more of a community shopping centre, but widely popular. Taxis are available on standby
