Moana pool school visit

Good facilities and on duty staff are very vigilant. Children loved surge pool, hydro slide. Needs more poolside chairs for supervising teachers. Great views from gallery.

The Moana Pool is a great place to do laps, aqua jog, or have the kids in a wading pool. It's a large complex with different pools and areas and it's all under cover which means you can go there all year round. Everything is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are kick boards and jogging... More

We had a lovely time. Big spacious pool with lots of room great pool for children my son throughly enjoyed himself. Would recommend going if you have young children as it gives them something to do when weather is awful. Also has seats that you can sit and watch

Poor customer service. Clearly not all staff up to service standards when it comes to dealing with visiting groups.

Beautifully situated in Dunedin's green belt, a perfect location for access by the city's more affluent hill-dwellers. Good slide and facilities. Gym also. Such a pity it wasn't rebuilt in the central city for easy access for all. A lovely relic of the days when the town was ruled from Highgate.

I have been to quite a few Swimming Pools and Aquatic centres but this one also has a gym attached. There is a leisure pool, children's pool and an infants area near the leisure pools. The wave pool is in the leisure pool. There is also an older diving pool, a new diving pool with aqua jogging there as well.... More

Took the grand children in the holidays, they thoroughly enjoyed it. A great place to entertain a family. Reasonable pricing, fantastic facilities, hydro slide, spa, wave pool and real swimming as well. Children could probably spend all day there if allowed. We were very impressed with the pool facilities. Definitely worth a visit or two or three.

Really frustrated to go here on a Sunday only to have the kids removed from the pool so they could put up lanes when there were hardly people doing lanes. The wave pool was so overcrowded people could hardly move. Open up the pool over the weekends would make much more sense

Amazing place - both for swimming and gym use. A variety of pools for all abilities, ages - indoors and heated; a massive slide for the adventurous ones, diving pool available. Gym was clean and had a whole range of equipment - some I didn't even know existed! Totally recommend for those who enjoy swimming or a good workout :-)
