Need to open more tills - and sort out pricing!

I visited on a Sunday morning to see the "$9 movie". One till was open, with two staff in attendance (perhaps one was being trained?) and two families/groups ahead of me. They... read more

Not enough staff on for a screening and slow service. Bad signage and poorly informative. Not a consistent reading cinemas experience.

Be sure to come early! Its a Friday night and only one person is at the counter. A very dated venue.

I visited on a Sunday morning to see the "$9 movie". One till was open, with two staff in attendance (perhaps one was being trained?) and two families/groups ahead of me. They both wanted food/drink as well as tickets so, by the time they'd decided what they wanted, it took 10 minutes for me to get my ticket. Why oh... More

visited twice in December...once for a 3d version of Star Wars and the second time for the Hunger Games Pt2.....service was great and the theatre was busy. The 3d glasses supplied were second rate and restricted ones view of the screen. The sound was ordinary. Seats were comfortable. Recommend the boysenberry ice-cream!!! Noise from adjoining theatres was a distraction during... More

A "standard" small multiplex that we go to every now and again. It's good for "off peak" films as queuing at popular times is terribly slow. We went late morning on a Monday so avoided queuing. The cinema looked a bit untidy (boxes in the corridors) as if staff had got part way through doing something and got distracted. The... More

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The theatre clean and in good condition. They didn't take my Dunedin Readings club card, but they did say they would be able to in the future when they update their system.

It's like a baby version of Reading in Courtney Place Wellington. Staff was friendly and I'm happy there's a "familiar" place to go to for movies near our Hotel.

We go to see a film here every now and again and a special "Reel Club" members' screening of "Kingsman - The Secret Service" was the bait that got us there this time. We bought tickets in advance and went straight in. (We usually aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before the advertised screening time as the queue system... More

Been going to movies regularly for years and collecting points so was disappointed when wasn't allowed to swap unwanted popcorn voucher for a soft drink. Service always quite slow.

Out dated technology. Poor sound and marginal vision. Service is appalling...always a long and painful queue.
