Easy walk or ride (push bike) and close to town. I'll definitely go back next time as it's nice to wander through the gardens and relax. There were lots of people all doing different things. It would be a shame to miss this slice of...More

Good place to free park and walk down to town. But the weather was not good enough to walk. Anyway with good weather, it is good place.

Brought my takeaway Fergburger here to enjoy it with the view of The Remarkables. I would think this garden offers the best view of the mountains if not the golf course. It also offers a vista view of the town. There's a variety of flowers...More

We spent about 1 hour in the garden. Walked around the pond, saw some wildlife and took a heap of pictures. Would love to see it in spring time!

If you are looking forward to the flowers of the garden, dont go during the winter. But the view of the snow capped mountains and the lake is very remarkable epecially during a clear day.

A beautiful park, well maintained with glorious Redwood trees that have still to reach full maturity. The entrance to the park is overlooked by a very poignant War Memorial. Lovely paths and walks of different lengths and difficulties.

Magical, well kept, great walk, land meets sea. Tranquil, beautiful trees and walkways. Serene, hard to believe the age of the plants and trees.

The garden is not too difficult for walking, hiking boots ideally but if they are too heavy, runners can be fine, lot of people go there for a run so stay on the tracks or walkways and she will be fine

Sorry. Stayed in a room with only one queen bed, so can't really help. Normally the hotels got a queen and single in a family room which works fine. Enjoy your trip. Queenstown is lovely!!
