Very beautiful gardens in queenstown, well established and very clean. A great way to walk off lunch and then soak up the amazing views around the garden headland.

Take time out to walk around or through these gardens - there is plenty to see including the frisbee course (just watch out for them on a windy day!). The perimeter path, partly around the lake shore, gives great views of the town and mountains. In the centre are the rose gardens, ponds and the most impressive bowls club house... More

The location of the garden is wonderful. You walk along the waterfront and the trees are amazing. Then you go up the stairs and see the beautiful roses that are starting to bloom. The walk around is worth it on a sunny day!

This is a very pleasant rather openly landscaped garden with a relaxing duck pond and scattered rose plantings. Some beautiful trees from around the world provide some nice birding with introduced chaffinches and green finches and the local and uncommon native yellowheads. Large enough for a nice am run or walk with mountains surrounding you on three sides.

Perfect for a stroll to stretch the legs after a long drive to Queenstown. Note, the roses weren't out yet (mid November)

Our last day and we had time to waste so decided to have a walk around the gardens. They are well maintained, and easy to walk around. A nice place to spend some quiet time or have a picnic.

Queenstown gets very hectic with tourists and we were happy we found this little oasis. The Gardens go down to the water and has an interesting variety of plants to see. We did find parking a challenge but its’s worth the trouble for the lovely walk and a pleasant place to relax.

We stumbled on the garden by accident when walking from our hotel on Franklin through the path to the town centre. It is a lovely, mature garden with a pond, bridges and mature plants. We had a very nice respite from the bustle of Queenstown.

Walk away from central Qeenstown on the back side of the harbor to find this lovely park. It is a nice walk with lots of places to sit and relax.

Really pretty gardens, we visited on a sunny day. Lovely flowers and huge peonies. There were lots of people enjoying the gardens. There's a small playground nearby and it's really close to the twon area. Be aware that like the rest of Queenstown, there are areas that are pretty steep and could be slippery. Well-maintained, beautiful track once you get... More
