A tight, winding dirt road with great scenery leads you to this charming winery. It was busy when we visited but the host made us very welcome. Everyone should find a wine to suit their taste here. Free delivery to Aus. Was great for us. Highly recommend a visit here.

This winery is along the highway north out of Queenstown, you will see it on your right side. The Little gravel road to the winery after the turn of will take your breath away. It is 2 km of narrow and exciting road. Only that is Worth a visit. And the winery, well one of my Central Otago favourites, charming... More

Absolutely stunning spot! Pauline was a fabulous hostess and we were able to try some really delicious wines. We highly recommend a visit here as part of your wine tour of the Ottago region.

We have visited this winery over the years and have fond memories of Tiger Thompson running the tastings. Well, they have a more than adequate replacement in Pauline who was our hostess. Great knowledge of her wines, and prepared to do a few things differently including a blind tasting when she thought it would be beneficial. Don't be afraid to... More

We were expecting so much more but sadly were disappointed. Staff were not very friendly or genuine, gave us the cheaper wines (I don't know if it's because we looked younger) but overall was just not that great. We would normally buy the more expensive Pinots but after being told we could not taste decided we would not buy. I'm... More

It was my boyfriend birthday, and I planned a stop for a quick tasting at this winery. The location is just superb ! We were welcome by Joe, who was amazing, and very knowledgable. We had a great time thanks to her. We finally left with a delicious bottle of Chardonnay (the oaky one). I definitely recommend it !

We really enjoyed our tastings. Free tasting. Bought several bottles to enjoy on our trip. Beautiful cliff side setting. Competitive pricing. Would not miss this one. Be careful on the road up to the cellar door!

We visited the winery for a tasting prior to a lunch elsewhere. We were immediately impressed by the location and the attitude of the Cellar Door Manager Pauline who was very knowledgeable about her product and provided a very amiable environment for us to taste in. We purchased several bottles and will return next time we are down that way.

What a gorgeous little place I bought a chardonnay which was particularly good. The road is pretty scary with no turning around once your committed.

This is a place that is accessible by a "road" that would deter most drivers, especially from overseas. If you do go, there is an interesting sculpture in grape vine of a woman riding a bicycle - definitely worth a photo. The cellar bar is tended by knowledgeable staff. Be aware that if you do not buy a bottle, you... More
