Hidden away seemingly, just off the road, but road noise is hardly noticeable, is this little haven of colour and peace. Lush lawns and beautiful beds of salvias greet the visitor. Trees planted years ago, by people long dead, cast their shadows over the paths offering welcoming shade to the discerning visitor. This is a place to sit for a... More

These gardens make good use of the space available to present a myriad of trees, tall palms and flowers amidst lush green lawns. Well maintained, these gardens are perfect for a picnic. Toilets are well maintained and an extensive children's interactive garden is a feature of these Botanical Gardens.

The gardens are looking great. Serious lawn envy. The gardening crew are doing a great job . A few extra benches or picnic tables would be a nice touch and make it more family friendly

Stopped at Albury on our way to Melbourne and visited the Botanical gardens. Was so impressed. So many spots for a picnic or just to read a book, and if you have kids there is a fantastic kids garden which is full of beautiful mosaics.

The Albury Botanical Gardens are beautiful! I was surprised at the diverse range of vegetation and well established in the gardens. It is very relaxing and beautiful and whoever maintains it does an excellent job. It also has a kids area and great amenities. Certainly worth a visit/picnic/lay on the lawns!
