This monument stands proud atop a hill at the end of Dean Street. I has ample parking for those driving and a slightly challenging uphill walk from town. The grounds are well kept and the views from this point are fantastic. A must see for...More

We went up to Monument Hill both during the day and night, the views were stunning and the children enjoyed seeing Albury city from the night view. The Main Street lights up and looks amazing at night, would recommend it.

The walk up to the top and down to the river is nice. Decent view from the top and interesting memorial without being riveting.

Situated atop Albury's main street with clean facilities & plenty of picnic tablets is a war memorial hosting ripper views of Albury & the valley. Birds a plenty singing in the tree tops & if your quiet, Wallabies hop by as you sip your Chardonnay....More

The location is perfect to show the high esteem for the people lost in the wars. The building and surrounds have been made and cared for to a high standard. Love the way the toilet block architecture matches the monument! The view is wonderful.

Never fails to impress me, although the drive to the top of the hill has changed since I was a little girl. The parade ground and the freshly painted memorial are well cared for. You can see straight down the main street and the panoramic...More

Good view of the city from the top. Not much otherwise. Good uphill walking workout if you park at the base.

Try and jog all the way up and do the Rocky impersonation at the top while you admire the view before descending on Albury for a delicious well deserved breakfast! Oh and of course you must take a minute to remember our fallen war heroes...More
