A definitely 'Must Visit', beach for anyone visiting this part of Australia. Sea, Sun, and all the impressive sights on one of the pre-eminent beaches in Australia.

Wide walkways and grassy areas run the length of the beach which is family friendly. Unlike further north at Surfers Paradise parking is free.

Beautiful beaches, clean and pristine. Lovely to walk along. Great if you have children as there is parkland and playgrounds. Our granddaughter had a lovely time.

Not as crowded as most Gold Coast beaches, good clean water to swim in, clean sand. Close to amenities and shops, too

Bogans, bogans bogans and tourists. It wasn't the greatest experience ever.. Had to swim out to save a tourists who didn't realise that there was a sand bank 2 metres away, that you can almost walk all the way into the beach..
