Great food, amazing produce, must go. We bought some dips, brownies, bread and everything was very good. We also ate Turkish gozleme there and it was unbelievable, probably better than what i have had in Melbourne or Sydney. We also found natural raspberry water, which was good as well.

I live in Launceston and Saturday is not Saturday without our visit to the Harvest Market. My 2 young kids love it. The atmosphere is great. Nice range of fresh produce and great spot to grab some snacks for entertaining. From apples to cheese to meat to seafood to wine, there is something for everyone! But make sure to got... More

The Harvest Market really is a great way to spend some time on a Saturday morning. Even if you're not looking for anything specific, just wandering around invariably leads to something you haven't seen or tasted before catching your eye. With so much great locally produced food, drinks, fresh produce, etc, as a local or visitor, it's one thing in... More

This market is fantastic - great options of local food ranging from herbs, berries, egg to honey! We were attracted to this one stall which makes halloumi and chorizo burger, breakkie roll, reuben sandwich etc. Ordered a halloumi and chorizo burger. The wait was long because there were so many orders but it all worths it!! Super yummy!

I generally start my weekend with a stroll here to purchase my locally roasted coffee for the week. Beyond this I often purchase cheeses, pastries, fresh herbs & vegies, honey, seafood, meat etc. The falafel wrap, gozleme, harvest bacon & egg rolls, and Japanese omelette's are all equally so I alternate between them all on my regular visits. Benches &... More

We headed in for the Launceston markets on a Saturday in January 2017. It is easy enough to find from downtown Launceston, and you are very quickly amongst the sensory of smell and sound. There was a wide variety of stalls catering for breakfast, and plenty of natural produce and coffee stands. There were some good local muso's playing, and... More

Every Saturday in the centre of Launceston, from 8:30 to 12:30 this is a great opportunity to buy fresh produce for a picnic in the vineyards. Breads, cheeses, delicious dips, home grown tomatoes, and nice coffee while you shop. Plenty of street parking available.

I liked the small size of the market which is only held on Saturdays from 8.30 - 12.30. You can get around it so easily and it's not overwhelming. There was music and a small area where kids could play. It's also a meeting place where people can get coffee. I liked the cheese and spice stalls and the fresh... More
