From the moment we stepped onboard we knew we were in for a treat. The Wonderful friendly crew welcomed us. Our knowledgeable captain gave us just enough information with our boring us. Mildest gave us perfect weather and we loved paddling down the river.

A short trip down river. Can walk on and pay, probably not recommended at busy times though. Sailed through Lock 11 which was interesting, then had a look at the weir before continuing down stream. On board commentary, snacks, hot and cold drinks and Licensed bar. Good attraction for first time visitors, certainly a nice relaxing cruise. Recommended.

We only booked the night before after finding out friends had already booked the trip. It sounded like a nice relaxing day out which we needed after driving the dusty road down from Mungo National Park. Prices are $70 for adults and $65 for seniors. What a perfect day out. The diesel powered paddleboat does the 5 hour winery trip... More

We took the two hour morning cruise as the weather was going to be hot (35deg C ) but as we found that the boat had good air-conditioning, the afternoon cruise would probably have been just as comfortable. I would recommend this as a great way to see and learn about the Murray as the commentary was very informative. The... More

A group or 12 set up camp at the front of the top deck for a 2 hour cruise. The cruise was nice and informative as well as relaxing given the beautiful weather on the day. The captain for the day was very informative about the area referencing the way the lock is used as well as the weir to... More

The boat is a little dated but crew were helpful and views were very nice. When you arrive at Trentham you have the choice of a tour or get straight into the tastings. If you give the tour a miss then you will have more room at the bar and more attention from the waitress as it can get crowded... More

Not especially a history or mechanical enthusiast, I simply hoped to sight-see Mildura and the Murray River while enjoying the weather from the boat's top deck. I was unexpectedly impressed by the bird life but had hoped the commentary would include some reference to the areas ecology rather than just a few old dates and the names of early pioneers....
