Wow!! Best tour ever!!!!

The team is very cool, it's really professional, and the guide named "estella" took care of every single person and everyone had great memorable moments, and great photos were taken.
Highlight was shark diving, and delphin diving which I normally would not have dared to do! However, our fear was taken away on the spot and we loved it!
A big thank you to the team at icom, for the most memorable vacation of our lives.
Even if you don't want to swim with the sharks and just watch, I would definitely do the trip!
I would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing experience

Great company with amazing staff and tour guides. Especially Moosh, Kahu, Chupy and Estella if I spelled them correctly 😅. They made our tours exciting and fun, went above and beyond to help us get the best of Maldives and trying to capture the moments above and below water. The only reason i didnt hate waking up at 0700 am every morning is their tours. Absolutely recommend.

worst experience ever

we paid in advance and asked to reschedule the timings when there were seats avaliale from the next ferry whereas they charged us double worst customer service ever

left without us while we arrived for departure

Worst experience ever! was waiting for the launch from 8:45 as the launch departs on 9:15. We are previous customers of maafushi tours so we know how punctual they are so we arrived early. waited 30 mins and so on and only to realize the launch departed without us! we tried calling immediately to them but no avail and then contacted another number as well which was futile! i don’t recommend them at alllll

Bad communication!

We booked a speedboat transfer and paid before. We try to make contact to change the transfer/time. No response from the company on any calls or messages. Dont book! Waste of your money!!!!

Very professional and great value Trips

Me and my friends did a 50$ tour to see Nurse Sharks and a Reef. The experience was amazing.
The two guide women were very friendly and well experienced divers and made me feel safe the whole time even next to the sharks.

Icom itself is probably the best and most professional run agency for daytrips on Maafushi and probably on most of the Maldives. Everything is well organized and they really want you to have a great experience and not just your money.
They even tell you before the trip that they cant guarantee everything promised and that we have to know some encounters are based on luck which i think is a good communication.

The variety of trips is also amazing and i would say all of them habe a great value to experience ratio.

I would recommend everyone traveling to Maafushi to try their tours at least once.
We will do a resort tour again in the upcoming days. Of course with Icom!

Ten out of ten experience

We did four excursions with them (half day, whale shark, ship wreck and fish tank) and all of them were incredible. We saw all the animals they mentioned we could see, they took very good care of us during all the trip and we felt in good hands all the time with them. The guides (Estela and Leire) were amazing, lovely and super professional as well as the girls in the office (Miryam and Ayla). The boat crew were always supernice and caring.
We thought the price of the excursions was really good for the experience they offer. Overall a 10 out of 10! Thank you from Laura and Miguel!

nuestra guia/instructora estela hizo de mi experiencia increible. fue muy amable. nos hizo fotos increíbles con los animales marinos a todos e intentó que no perdiéramos detalle del avistamiento de tortugas, nos ayudaba a llegar al punto donde estabamos si quedabamos rezagados del grupo. ademas, a pesar de qie estuvimos nadando lejos del barco buscando las tortugas, nos recogieron con el barco para no tener que volver nadando. sin duda vale la pena cada centavo que pagué.
our guide/instructor Estela made my experience incredible. he was very kind. He took incredible photos with the marine animals of all of us and tried not to lose detail of the turtle sighting, he helped us to get to the point where we were if we were left behind from the group. Also, even though we were swimming far from the boat looking for the turtles, they picked us up with the boat so we didn't have to swim back. definitely worth every penny i paid.
