We waited for an hour here but unfortunately didn't get to catch any glimpse of stingray. Beach is clean and lovely. If not because if winter I will go for a dip

We spent a lovely morning here and were lucky enough to spot two or three stingrays. I don't think this is necessarily the case for everyone so just be aware that they might not be there. The beach is nice and extremely big so there's...More

I would recommend visiting this place mostly for historical reasons , since you can still see a ramp built in the late 1880s where the British used to load timber to ship to England. Parts of the ramp are still there today!

Visited in January and we were greated with loads of Rays. Only stayed for half an hour as we had plenty to fit in to the day, however this was one of the highlights.

Nice beach! Unfortunately we didn't see any stingrays. We searched for a while, and everyone was searching but nothing. Not sure if it was because of the time of year.

What a beautiful area. Lovely to walk along the long stretch of beach and not crowded. The sand was like sugar. It is located between Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste. A perfect stop after visiting the lighthouse or before lunch at one of the wineries!

Unfortunately we didn't get to see any stingray the day we went. I rated it average as the view is spoiled by the seaweed around.

I believe the stingrays hang around the beach all through the day. There are no specific times to see them. They are protected in the bay so they tend to hang around a lot. Hope that helps 👍☺️
