The scenery was great and it was neat to get so close to seals in the wild. The only reason that I didn't give this a 5/5 is that I was hoping for a high energy ocean kayaking experience exploring multiple inlets/areas. This was much...More

Excellent outing with all the family, guide very informative and knowledgeable, the sea was too strong to get very close to the seal colony, but we were close to some in the sea.

We made it to Kaikoura, and the journey or into the bay to see the sea lions and potentially see dolphins and penguinos was so hard to pass up. Our guide was awesome and just being on the water was awesome. There's no guarantee with...More

Hi there, Orca Whale's are not normally seen that often in Kaikoura or by kayak. If you want to view Whales I would recommend Whale Watch Kaikoura. Our kayak tours focus on Fur Seals and Dusky Dolphins. Thanks for your time.
