This old pub, the oldest in New Zealand one local advised us, provided us with an enjoyable lunch accompanied by good food and a delicious beer. The atmosphere is friendly and the service was friendly and relaxed.
Came across on the ferry from Paihia and had a drink with my brother and his family in New Zealands oldest pub. It is a great place, the atmosphere and the building itself are pretty cool. The food is wonderful and all locally sourced.
