A little gem in a tiny village. Wonderful exterior stone carvings and early wooden statues in the vestry.

It was here that Isabel was made Queen of Castile in 1474. Isabella I, nicknamed the Catholic, was Queen of Castile and León. She and her husband, Ferdinand II of Aragon, brought stability to the kingdoms that became the basis for the unification of Spain.
