We arrived by collectivo and easily walked to Caleta Tankah resort. The entry fee was 100 pesos each. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The armband from entry gave us access to lounge chairs and umbrellas. We ordered beer, margaritas and panuchos for a very relaxing afternoon.

Beach lovely beautiful, but lots of seaweed and very windy in January. We stayed in a great villa Pedacito de Cielo, right on the beach.

When people dream of going to the beach, this is the beach they see in their visions. Soft, white powdered sugar is the sand of choice and sparkling turquoise Caribbean seas is the ocean you feast upon. It's not crowded and it's not crazy busy like Tulum or Playa del Carmen. It's a beach for serenity and peace. It's a... More

A good mix of tourists and locals hang out here. Lot's of shady palm trees, hammocks, and even a few lounge chairs. A nearby food hut will bring you food and drinks as you relax and watch the beautiful bay. If you need a break from the busier places I highly recommend taking it easy right here.

The beach is just perfect. It's not touristy at all, so it's very peaceful. Water is very clear and clean. It's a must to go there!

Away from the hussel of Playa Del Carmen and Tulum Beach, this place is amazing. So quiet, and we were able to enjoy endangered turtles nesting and hatching on the same beach

Beautiful white sandy beach. Fantastic beach for taking a long stroll. Entrance to the water is a breeze.

Beautiful beach and snorkeling spot. Very clean and has very little seaweed. We could have stayed here all day to look around at the cenotes.

Good place to wade, though not many fish. Nice for little kids. If you walk in, it should it should be fine, but if you drive and try to park at the end by the beach (from either direction) be prepared to buy food (Note there really isn't anywhere else to park). We were immediately hassled upon arrival. Unclear where... More

Great lunch on the beach. We visited this little gem when we stayed in Soliman Bay at a beach house with the family. We were able to walk down the beach and have a relaxing lunch.
