My cousin and I were the only two who attended a performance on our recent trip to Katoomba. The performance was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the interesting story of the history of the didgeridoo.

Only refreshments at one of the major tourist areas. Very limited choice and really canteen food. Shame on you Australia.

Hi Ray, Although we share the same premises as the eatery upstairs, they are owned and operated by different owners and are in no way an affiliation of Waradah Aboriginal Centre's. You may wish to forward your review to The Lookout - Echo Point.

Thank you, Jeffrey for your feedback. The show is designed to give visitors (many of whom are tourists) a snapshot of Aboriginal song, dance, stories and lore. The length was decided on following consultation with tour busses and their time constraints. We usually have 4-5...More

We came here with Anderson tour group and walked down to the three sisters before the show. This show is about a half hour in length. The didgeridoo is a very cool instrument and I really enjoyed the story that went with the music. The...More

If you are here, at least watch the live show. It's only 25 minutes' long and is performed by four aborigines/descendants. As my tour guide said, the knowlegde gained from watching one show is equivalent to him reading up on the history for days. Now...More

Really enjoyed the show- the information shared by the performers was in a conversational tone, mixed with performance pieces (music, dance, ceremony) was engaging and educational- I learnt a lot as a visitor from interstate Australia! Worth a visit for international and interstate visitors

Not many places in Australia teach about the aboriginal culture of Australia... This was an easily accessible (Katoomba) small Museum about their history and culture, a great multi-lingual performance of aboriginal instruments (Didgeridoo, clap sticks) singing, and dance. Also has a great shop of aboriginal...More

we had free entry tickets from trailfinders but I think the price was around $12 dollars worth every penny for a 30 minute presentation and finding out their history
