Holidaying on the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne, this came up as a must do attraction so decided to give it a go! We were a bit sceptical at first as we have recently done the Melbourne aquarium so thought how different can it be but very glad we did! We attended as husband & wife and two daughters, 1&3. Located... More

Spent an hour or so here, then came back after lunch for talks. A couple of negatives first. It's a very confusing layout for someone with a visual impairment (me), so took a while to work it all out. Secondly, the place is really dark. If that's for the animals sake, fine I accept that, but if it's just for... More

Lots of kids there on the easter weekend we were there. Seems to be set up esp for kids but my small group of adults were just as excited to see the animals there, take photos, read the info and watch the seal show. Loved it!

A great afternoon out if expensive(like most of Australia). Displays very good and stuff for kids to interact with. Walking through the tunnels was excellent.

The team here do a great job. Don't miss the Seal show - it's great fun. A massive sharks jaws where u can have your picture taken. A couple of shallow tanks for kids to touch starfish. All in all a fun morning for families with young kids. There's an extreme shark dive, if that's your thing and a jurassic... More

This place is handy for educating kids about sea creatures. I found the tunnel that goes under water so you can see fish and mantas, sharks etc swimming around and over you was fantastic - the highlight - and where we spent most of our time. However, the new jellyfish section was rather average and a lot of condensation on... More

Went here with 11 and 13 yr old boys. It was a great afternoon and everyone enjoyed themselves. The seal shows are about 3 times a day. They are a must see!!!. It's a bit expensive - but currently if you book online there is a discount, or call past the tourist info centre and get a 20% off voucher.... More
