A lot of water was coming through late in the afternoon we were there

This was a fun attraction and so close to the car park that it's a great stop for when you're travelling the coast and don't have too much time after seeing other sight. In saying that I could've spent all day here waiting for to the next wave to splash up against the rock. Also weather and tide dependant.

Had a lovely day to explore and visit. The sound itself is impressive with plenty of good gushes when we were there. Good spot to explore the surrounding rocks and coastline. We took the walk trail to the Gulch for a picnic.

Didn't appear to be a lot of parking nearby. The rock formation was interesting and well worth looking at. Need to be surefooted when getting closer to the blowhole as rocks can be a bit rough in places. But you can get close enough to take photos without being in any danger or find rough walking.

We walked to the blowhole from our accommodation. It is easy to access. It is like a mini bay of fires. The blow hole is good to photograph. Worth a visit. Don't go too close :)

We came across this after we had arrived in Bicheno and saw some signs. We grew up in Wollongong and are very familiar with the famous Kiama Blowhole. What is great about this one is hat unlike many others that are fenced off, you can safely get close for pictures and the full experience of the power of Mother Nature... More

We walked to this from our accommodation, there was a well marked walking track which of itself was worth doing. Once you got to the rocks the trail was marked with white paint so you could work out where to go. The blowhole itself was pretty impressive the day we went as there were big waves coming in. There were... More

It's free. It's unusual, it is fun. Worth a deviation, or an evening walk from Bicheno town centre. Plenty of photo opportunity as every other wave thrusts up through the blow hole to create a Spume some 20-30' high.

Great blowhole right on the beach and you can just walk in from the road. It's a fun place to take a few photos and get soaked if you want to get closer to the blowhole, Not too any people there when we went so that was a bonus.

Definitely visit if you have small children. It's very exciting for them. But adults also get sucked in and excited waiting for the next big wave. Also check the tide guide as obviously more effective at high tide.
