The walk to get there was not at all difficult for us (in mid 20s), but I could see that particularly going back uphill may be difficult for some. The falls were pretty and worth the walk to stretch our legs, however not overly spectacular (I have just returned from an overseas trip seeing some amazing and powerful falls, so... More

About a 2 hour leisurely drive takes you to the Great Ocean Road with its amazing vistas the Ocean and Beaches as well as the Great Otway National Park with its complement of amazing rain forests and waterfalls. Access to the waterfall is through a casual and easy short... More

An easy stroll down a few stairs to the top lookout, then down a lot more stairs to the bottom of the waterfall. Not for those with bad knees but so worth it if stairs aren't a problem. There is a beautiful track along the opposite side of the river if the water is low enough to make it over... More

11K out of Lorne interesting ride drive slow and see the wildlife chances you will see wallaby or two. Two vantage points to see the falls Good veiw from top spectacular from the bottom down side 200 steps to get to bottom and two hundred back resting points on way up.

Erskine Falls are located roughly about 10 kilometres inland from Lorne along the Erskine Falls Road. It is an easy few minute’s walk from the carpark to the upper look out. The lower look out at the bottom is a harder descent with around 240 steps to get to the base of the falls, but it’s well worth it. The... More

The young ones liked it. Probably too far for over 60's with the steps and it was a very busy day, too many people to get a magical experience.

Thank nola l
