If you are travelling along the ocean Road this is probably the best of the waterfalls to stop at. A bit of a drive up the hill from Lorne. The signs say 9km but it seems longer and the road looks as though it peters...More

A short drive up the mountain from Lorne is the amazing Erskine Falls. A nice view from the top, with an even better view from the bottom. Although there is over 100 steps to climb down to reach the bottom, it is most definitely worth...More

This was another one of our stops along the Great Ocean road. The drive to the falls is a bit steep in parts, prohibited to campers. To reach the falls you have to take a bunch of steps but you're rewarded with a nice view.

The falls are just a short drive from town and then about a 200 meter descent down a well maintained path with many stone steps. Even on a drizzling day it was well worth the effort!

Beautiful place, trails well maintained and hiking is manageable. Get your hiking gear ready and comfortable shoes cause this place will take your breath away and you might want to spend several hours here.

I agree with Pauline's answer. There is plenty of room to pull in. Maybe try to avoid the busiest parts of the day during the holiday period as the carpark may fill up.
