Interesting memorial but lacking in shade. Great view with lots of steps. Saw quite a few king skinks along the way.

Visited the Anzac Memorial in Albany a few days ago. This is a very impressive and as members of the R.S.L. we wandered for ages whilst paying our respects to our fallen. We found this experience very emotional but also absorbing. A MUST visit.

It has fantastic views and a certain feel to the place. I think it would feel very somber at the corresponding time of year given what the area is known for. Just remember to respect your environment. Do it.

Walk up the steps to see this monument there is car access if your unable to walk far it's well worth the effort, plus the views are beautiful from the lookout a little further up a few steps.
