A beautiful setting with amazing 360 degree views

Touching memorial to the horses and soldiers, quite a steep climb up steps through native gardens but you can drive to the top to drop off passengers if necessary

This memorial and park are in a spectacular location and a beautifully constructed tribute to our desert mounted corps. Along with the museum take the coastal walk and you will find a wonderful monument to the Turkish leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Great pieces of Australian history so don't miss if you are down this way.

One of the most breathtaking views of the archipelago we've seen. Kids were taken away. Also a fitting tribute to the desert corps who otherwise go pretty unmentioned.

The memorial was nicely done with a lot of quotes from the soldiers who lost their lives during WWI. It has a nice 270 degree view over the Albany harbour

I can't believe there are people saying it's hardly worth a visit. This memorial has a stunning location and is very fitting considering the history of this area's involvement in the war. There are many stairs to the top and along the way there are historical stories and memorial plaques. It's good to stop and read and remember those that... More

The above title says it all! This is very nice tribute to the Australian WW1 Veterans in a place which offers the best views of Albany and the place where the ANZACS left for battle.
