We are neither a tourist attraction nor a nippy place to have a break or one of those business made with freezer ice in unthinkable places in Europe.WE SHOW ARCTIC ICE IN THE ARCTIC. In spring-summer, when there is neither snow nor ice in the landscape, we show you what nature has made during the cold months of winter. Pieces of the frozen lakes of Sapmi, snow from its mountains, the feeling of winter cold and the polar night in summer. You will see the knowledge of nature through ice in pure state. You will be able to fully watch natural ice, touch it and feel it. Because touching is feeling.

When we visited a tour for Spanish visitors was taking place so we spent time in the excellent Christmas shop upstairs. Clean inviting accommodation just a short walk from the ships docking position.

If you've never been in an "ice bar" before, this is a cool place to visit. It is a small room, made entirely of ice and they obviously keep it VERY cold in there. The different color lights make it interesting to the eye, but...More

After watching an introductory video at this venue located right on the water's edge in Honningsvag harbour, we were 'kitted up' in a poncho by enthusiastic young hosts. Then into the Ice Bar - wow. Absolutely loved the decor - all in ice & especially...More

Definitely an interesting place with great lighting and ice effects and it clearly takes a big effort to build but for the price i see no reason at all why adults could not be given a couple of decent schnapps/aquavit instead of kiddie drinks .More
