Most people may say that El Infantado Palace is the most emblematic building of Guadalajara. For me, it's the Panteón. I was only able to walk around , not visit inside but I loved the architecture and the beauty of its lines.

We spent one day in Guadalajara from Madrid and visited this extraordinary mausoleum just before its closing time, because it was afternoon siesta-time. We had guided tour in spanish ( not possible in english). Place worth to visit in Guadalajara!!! Really nice place,from what I was told there by one lovely nun,working there during my visit,was that the design of this Pantheon was made by the Duchess of Sevillano and Countess of La Vega del Pozo in Italy. The Pantheon of the Condesa de la Vega del Pozo is located at the Paseo de San Roque. Maria Diega Desmaissieres was the Duchess of Sevillano and Countess of La Vega del Pozo.
