I suggest 1 day/night visit. City is not offering more than old Romanic churches, shops and good food.

The old town has maintained the historical buildings. Even the contemporary sites are inspired and retained the spirit of the place. A visit of the principal cultural and artistic sites will take at least one full day.

Visited here in early September and it is a beautiful old town with lots of lovely old buildings. Outside the church are 2 statues and the represent the way they dress at Easter for a parade. There is a castle we loved just strolling along the streets. There was an outdoor concert on that night and all the streets were... More

We went into Zamora after hearing about the town a nice peaceful place not many tourists like us. Beautiful architecture churches, castle, and a lovely roman bridge one long road through the shopping centre and then the history sites make sure you go to the Cathedral.

A charming small town, cute, but nothing incredible. So if you are passing by is worth it to stop and take a look on it. Not a place that I would stay more than one day though. 3 hours are enough to see everything and stop to eat, there are many good restaurants and bars around.

Zamora is a very nice town, but due to the many tourists find it difficult to feel "right spirit" of Zamora and its natives (unlike Salamanca)

Nice place to visit. Go to Avenida Santa Clara from to beginning to the castle. Have some nice tapas in all good places on the right hand side.

Much loved city with many good bars , shops and restaurants. The people are very warm and go out of their way to welcome you . The only bad thing is having to leave

Zamora is often forgotten. People go to Salamanca or Segovia, but Zamora has a beautiful old town which is pedestrian, clean and very interesting. There are many things to see and do.
