You learn about how people used this underground to keep their food refrigerated and get to see some old things found there (table ware, potery, tools, etc) For kids is a little bit boring. Some areas of the underground has the ceiling very low so...More

Interesting tour. It is done in Czech with English being supplied by hand sets. Not sure if this gives the same experience as an English speaker, but it suffices. The tour is worth it.

Very slow journey, most likely due to the track condition between Prague and Beroun. I'm not suggesting it's dangerous or anything, just slow. A TIP. From Prague take a seat at the right window to be able to see the valey of river Berounka.

Good tour of the underground network in Plzen. Not suitable if you're claustrophobic or any way immobile. You must wear a hard hat at all times and the ground is wet so dress appropriately.
