For those really interested in architecture, this is a must. Some background would help, but it has a quiet classic beauty of it's own. The contribution of Adolf Loos(& Karel Lhota) to early modernism, rejection of historical styles in favor of clean functional structures using...More

The tours that you need to book in advance are busy with the person lecturing you about the space and the life conditions the whole hour. They limit the number of people on the tours so that everything can be easily managed by the tour...More

The Muller Villa is located very conveniently on a tram line, but we walked there - it's not far, maybe a 45 minute walk from old town square in the center of Prague. We combined it with a visit to the Lobkowicz Palace and a...More

If you are architect or interested in architecture do not miss this visit. Greatly preserved villa, very smart house plan. Adolf Loos ranks as one of the most important pioneers of the modern movement in architecture.
