I paid for a 30 minute session. During this time, I could bank, gain or lower altitude. EVERYTHING else was controlled by the computer. You touch no controls, its all automatic. No throttle, no flaps, and you think you're landing it? Sorry, that's automatic also. Basically, you sit there and pretend you are operating the simulator. I feel totally ripped... More

Dear Jeff K, Thank you for your review. Our flight simulators are fixed based simulators, there is no physical movement. The simulators are a realistic replication of existing airplane cockpits and you are able to fly manually with most of the functions working. If the autopilot is not turned on, you are able to operate the plane on your own.... More

I bought a voucher for my husband as a birthday gift and made a booking via e-mail for a 1 hour experience when visiting Prague. Renata, the store manager, was very patient and accommodating to get a suitable time during our short visit to the city. On arrival on the day of the appointment, we were met by 2 friendly... More

I've been on a flight simulator, i had an experience as a pilot on a simulator, but that one was the BEST! The pilot was super friendly, fun and very explaining. Since I already had experience as a pilot and i knew a lot about it, he treated me like somebody who knows something about being a pilot (Don't forget... More

We took our seven-year-old boy and four of his friends to iPilot and they absolutely loved it. Our time was limited so we (the adults) did not get a chance to have a go but I would have loved to do at least one take off/landing myself. The staff was very helpful and the instructor incredibly patient with the boys.... More

The iPilot is a flight simulator of an Airbus A320. You get to fly sitting in a cockpit with all the instruments available. Since I am no expert and never have been in a cockpit, I cannot judge how accurate all the tools are, but it is very convincing indeed. The person guiding us through it all was very helpful,... I heard about this place a long time ago and I always wanted to do that. I know alot about plains and how to operate them, so the instructor let me do most of the flying. He let me choose from which airport to takeoff and land. Because we had enoghf time, I asked him to let me take off... More

A tad bit expensive for what it is, and plus at the end they will sell you the picture and the DVD of your flight, but it is a rare experience and worth it.... the instructor is patient, and the experience is interesting, could have been longer and so on, but all in all it was fine. They give you... More

My husband always wanted to try it so I thought it would be great xmas present. He loved it! It was truly amazing just to be a passenger in the cockpit. We have experienced Prague airport, Saint Martin, Gibraltar and Hong Kong. It is harder than you think but truly amazing to see how to land a plane. Highly recommended.... More

Well, I have obtained a voucher as a gift; therefore I did not know what I was going to. Anyway the toughest part was to find a free space slot that would fit for my voucher. I find the website slightly confusing, but in the end I have managed to reserve a date and was looking for my visit. When... More

It was a real experience flying the A 320 simulator. The thrill was really fantastic. The iPilot team are very friendly. The Pilot in the simulator is very knowledgeable and gives one a very good idea of what happens in a real flight. This is a must do when visiting Prague!

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
