Stopped here for lunch on our way to Prague. Beautiful old town square with lots of picturesque colorful buildings. Reminded of other places we visited -- Bratislava and Posnan, Poland. Buildings date back 250 years with shops and restaurants on the ground floor. Worth visiting!

This is the thing to see in Telç. Wonderfully renovated houses in various styles lined up around a central court yard. The cars parked are a nuance to photographer. We came off season so the place was empty with nothing much happening.

This deserves the UNESCO award. It is a lovely little place with beautiful painted houses. Lots of culture and somewhere to relax. Even when it rains you can walk amongst the arches

Telc is a small city with very beautiful main square - you can walk around on square, go to very close castle and climb a tower to see square from up (the view is just OK because tower is few hundert metres from square). You...More

I went by bus from Florenz bus terminal. It took about 3 hours. (Along the way, there was a bathroom break)
