Very beautiful place. Quite quiet, lovely old buildings. The square has lots of cafes and bars to sit and people watch. Easy parking. A must see.

Perhaps one of the top ten plazas I have seen in the world. Well worth the trip to see the magnificently rsented historic facades

The houses are unique and some brightly painted or designed. One house #15 has biblical paintings on the exterior. There is a lovely wooden toy store that has some interesting locally produced items. The clocks with rocks as weights are unique. I fun place to...More

We visited Telc after spending a couple of days and a night in Český Krumlov, and it's a pretty little town. However, once you've looked at the beautiful Baroque houses and both the churches, there isn't much to do! We made the mistake of spending...More

We arrived as the afternoon sun was lighting up one side of the square and it was a spectacular sight. This place is quite historic and worth a half day visit. There is pretty decent shopping throughout the square and an adult beverage or tasty...More

This town was reconstructed after a fire in the 16th century. They used Italian masons which gives it a Romanesque feel. Nice place to visit

Was there only for a few hours as we were at a Spa resort nearby. The town square is colorful and postcard picture perfect and we found an afternoon was plenty time to visit and stop for lunch. Recommend - Cafe Friends for lunch, daily...More

Charming little town absolutely worth a visit. Probably even more fun in warmer weather with scenic bycicle routs in the area. The caslte is a must for visiting!

Just beautiful. It is a neglected city for the tourists coming in to the Chek Republic although it is one of the most beautiful cities in the country recognized ashistorical sight by Unesco.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Prague. Beautiful old town square with lots of picturesque colorful buildings. Reminded of other places we visited -- Bratislava and Posnan, Poland. Buildings date back 250 years with shops and restaurants on the ground floor. Worth visiting!

I went by bus from Florenz bus terminal. It took about 3 hours. (Along the way, there was a bathroom break)
