Gothic Cathedral

Much more interesting inside than outside, If weather allows try observation tower to see whole city from above.

An interesting church with some historical relics. The one catching ones eye is the 4 m high cast iron 7 branched candelabra from 1317. If you want a grand view of the city you can climb the 100 or so steps or take the lift for a minor fee.

While this cathedral is not ornate like many others in Europe, it has some very nice stained glass windows and very early chandeliers, as well as columns that are set at an angle rather than vertical.

Worth to see. One of the most interesting places there. If you are or not religious person you can surely chill out there with God or your peace of mind.

Bishopric in Kolobrzeg was formed already in 1000. Gothic cathedral with its unique architecture,. Particularly interesting tower. The property is still being rebuilt. Surrounded by fragments preserved buildings and the district of the old city of preserving the urban layout.

There was a wedding going on, so we were only allowed to see a little bit of the old paintings and statues near the door of this church. We'll have to go back next time we're in town.
